When you need a chocolate “fix” that doesn’t take long at all to whip up, try this awesome, better-for-you spin on traditional brownies! Free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar!

  • 2/3 cup honey or maple syrup (or use 1/3 cup of each)

  • ½ cup butter or coconut oil, melted

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ cup cacao powder

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350⁰ F. Mix wet ingredients together with electric mixer. Add dry ingredients and mix again. Pour batter into greased 8×8 dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
