This series will delve into the practice of iRest®️, including practices each week, discussion on various aspects of the practice to aid in the cultivation of the felt sensation of well-being and joy, and a workbook to further help explain the practice and invite you to nourish different aspects of yourself. This series will meet for one hour for five consecutive Thursdays from 6-7 beginning on October 24th, then conclude with the final hour on December 5th (taking off the week of Thanksgiving).
