These group personal training sessions are focused on moms wanting to get back in shape SAFELY. They are specifically designed for women who want to do a full body strengthening workout while engaging the core and pelvic floor to stay strong and injury-free!
Classes are taught by a prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist/personal trainer as well as Pelvic Physical Therapist.
These classes are for women who want to conceive, pregnant moms, and moms up to 15+ years postpartum!

Women will learn how to stay strong in their core and get back into shape or STAY in SHAPE throughout motherhood!
Classes are small in size and the equipment used includes light dumbbells, resistance bands, pilates balls, and body weight.
