Yang style Tai Chi is a series of circular movements designed to aid health, improve muscle tone, increase ligament and tendon strength and calm the mind. In addition, you will learn techniques to defend yourself from attack.
Qi Gong forms are meant to be a physical tonic for the internal organs and a means to improve the internal energy flowing through the acupuncture channels.
Both of these forms are physically challenging but can be modified to suit anyone’s state of health.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and try one of the oldest formulas for perfect health and longevity!
